The Vascular Disease Foundation is pleased to announce its corporate membership program — the Vascular Disease Foundation's National Corporate Advisory Board.
The goal of the National Advisory Board is to reduce the mortality and morbidity from vascular diseases. The Board is allied with the Foundation in the belief that patient quality of life and longevity can be improved through education and prevention, prompt diagnosis, comprehensive treatment and effective rehabilitation of arterial and venous disease.
The Board works with the Foundation by providing financial support, participating in an annual roundtable to discuss vascular health initiatives of mutual interest, and by collaborating to keep vascular health concerns high on the national agenda. The National Advisory Board is committed to developing and supporting programs that are beyond specific commercial interests and preserving and strengthening the overall mission of the Vascular Disease Foundation.
Members may choose from three levels of membership — a three-year, two-year, or one-year commitment.
To learn more about the National Advisory Board, or to inquire about membership, please send us an e-mail. Please visit our members Web sites to learn more about them.
