Excellence in Care Award

VDF's Excellence in Care Award recognizes any medical professional that deserves special recognition. Patients can nominate health care providers or colleagues can nominate each other. To nominate some one, please send us a note or e-mail with a tax-deductible donation of $50 or more telling us who you are honoring and why he or she deserves the recognition. Winners will be highlighted in VDF's quarterly newsletter, Keeping in Circulation. All winners also receive a personalized certificate.
