OUR MISSION:

To reduce death and disability from vascular diseases and improve vascular health for all Americans.

OUR VISION:

Peripheral vascular diseases are recognized by the general public and by the health care community as disabling and deadly for which the quality of life and the longevity of affected individuals can be improved through increased education, prevention, prompt diagnosis, comprehensive treatment and effective rehabilitation. The efforts of VDF will result in reduced disability and death from vascular disease.

OUR GOALS:

• Increase public awareness and concern for vascular diseases and the magnitude of impact on individuals, families and our diverse society.
• Provide information and educational programs for health care professionals.
• Become a resource for public information related to vascular diseases. Provide information and services to patients and their families.
• Help patients and families affected by vascular diseases by creating grass roots patient advocacy and community support networks.
