Donate : Memorial Funds
Honor a loved one who suffered from vascular disease by establishing a memorial fund in his or her name. Either donate online or contact us at 303-989-0500 for more information. We will send a note of acknowledgment to the family or loved one informing them of the creation of this fund.
VDF now offers "in memory of" and "in honor of" donation envelopes. To receive these special envelopes, send us an e-mail indicating your name, mailing address, and how many envelopes you would like to receive, or call us at 1-888-VDF-4INFO.
To help you create a lasting memorial and tribute, we offer you the opportunity to send a photo of your loved one for posting on a special memorial fund page. Messages can also be posted along with the photos. Send photos and messages by e-mail or call 303-989-0500 for more information.
You may also post a message of remembrance on our Tribute Garden.
